     He can force them to testify though. You can't incriminate yourself when you have a pardon, so there's no fifth amendment protection. 😏

     The entire concept of pardoning someone for something they've never been accused of seems incompatible with the law. Don't you have to state what the pardon covers? Like does it cover yhe dead hookers in his basement freezer as well?
