     @jamie @siina i have a remarkable 2. it has not gotten much use in the past months but that might change if i get koreader on it.
     
     they make some frustrating design choices overall.
     
     it is kind of nice to pencil around on but you don't even get pressure curves or anything like that.

     @jamie @siina i find increasingly what i want is just like an 8-9 in tablet with a transflective display and no lockdown bullcrap. they live in a weird space (more power than eink because its still powered, but its 5W, so its significantly less than oled/ips AND you can flip the light off and use it in the sun)
     
     i don't know how to begin to make this happen though.
