'Karen' is explicitly racial. It is purely anti-White. That's why it's so popular - our perverse culture promotes all things anti-White while making Hate Crimes™ out of anything that hurts non-White feelings.
But, unlike Jews, Blacks, Latinos, Asians, gender clowns, and every other imaginable identity group, White people don't have White identity organizations lobbying the government to label speech as anti-White and overthrow the First Amendment to spare our feelings.
This results in Whites being not just the only unprotected class, but the only class you're allowed to target. So, not only are millions of non-Whites conditioned to denigrate Whites, but millions of Whites unthinkingly do the same.
And this is why so many White people are comfortable saying 'Karen' the instant they see a White lady attempt to uphold the standards of Western Civilization, but they don't dare say 'Shaniqua' when they see yet another Black lady tearing apart a fast food restaurant because it ran out of her favorite dipping sauce.
Conditioned behavior.
The anti-White establishment sells it and you live the role.

I still maintain that the "Karen" behaviour people called out is just yentas pretending to be White.
