   If states can rescind approval of Constitutional amendments, when does that end? Could we repeal the 3rd amendment by a vote of a few of the 13 original states?

     @adamshostack It's worth noting that if they can rescind approval of the 28th amendment then they can also rescind the 19th and 13 amendments … re-legalizing slavery and getting rid of female suffrage. And a bunch of the Project 2025 crowd would be on board with all of this.
