     @viq @mawhrin @neil Extradition is for crimes committed in the country requesting extradition (with some very specific exceptions) where the country that would have to extradite also recognizing the act as a crime. Does not apply whatsoever here.

     @dalias @mawhrin @neil extradition laws exist, and issuing fines over borders is also possible.
