     @spectrumgirl veo que ya tiene semillas. Espero que no te suceda a ti, pero a la mía tenía que quitarle las semillas para que continuará dando hojas verdes en esa rama. Aún así, dejaba crecer una rana con semillas para plantar más...

     Mira tener un plato de pasta en la mesa es muy difícil y eso que no está hecha de cero (no molinos el trigo) con la #autogestion te das cuenta de lo fácil que te lo ponen pero tienes la agradable sensación de hacerlo tú y dejar un poquitititisimo el "que lo hagan" de lado.

     Nuestra historia comienza hoy en mi punto álgido de hacer mil cosas (TDAH?) y después de ir al mercado y con una máquina de pasta por entrenar.

     La masa la hice antes. Reposó media hora y bien.
     Pero luego ya llegó el que "se rompa", el "hay que amasar más". Cae harina al suelo, se hace un nudo de masa. En fin cosas que en el #fediverso también mostramos xD
     Por no contar que la primer vez que lo hicimos la masa salió con aceite de la máquina y fue un berenjenal xD.

     Poco a poco entendemos lo que hay que hacer. El capitalismo ya me habría dado toda la pasta hecha que queríamos pero nos mantuvimos en la complicada autogestión. Eso sí con risas y cansancio xD

     Ahora ya queda lo que ya conocemos. El sistema me lo haría más fácil pero nosotras somos más cabezotas cuando tenemos el privilegio del tiempo y algo de "pasta" así como de ganas.
     Si, hemos hecho un minipunto por la #autogestion pero sabemos que es a costa de entender que todo necesita paciencia y que el #turbocapitalismo nos vuelve impacientes y ásperas.

     Llegamos al final de nuestra aventura.
     La pasta se cuece rapidísimo (unas más que otras porque el grosor es distinto) Lo separamos y quitamos el exceso de almidón.
     Y por fin, algo tan "simple" como un plato de pasta nunca ha sido tan político.
