@deadheat a bit of salt makes things sweeter, believe it or not (although i don't know the exact mechanisms behind why that is)
also i like salt, especially stuff like salted caramel. the nipponjin put salt on their watermelon (interestingly i never seen a black person season they watermelon)
and on top of that, i like to have a high sodium intake
