(I don't know you and this is not meant as an insult or attack on you at all)
a prospective employer only learns that you are disabled, struggling with mental health and things you cannot and don't want to do. that's the opposite of how you get hired. I'd recommend inventorying your skills and re-posting this from the opposite perspective of listing jobs you'd _love_ to do (like working for trans non-profit), what jobs you _could tolerate_ and what would be on the _border of not viable_. add your qualifications as far as you can disclose them. especially if you have niche interests.
