     The biggest snowfall we have gotten down here in Acadiana was back in 2011, when we got 6 inches. That was considered extreme.

     Normally, even if we are lucky to get even a sniff of the white powdery stuff, it's either just a dusting that melts away, or it falls as sleet or freezing rain.

     15' down here would be like a whiteout. What fun this is going to be.
