Prusa, RatRig, and Voron machines are pretty much top of the line in the consumer market. They're actually good printers and workhorses that just keep running and are easily maintained.

You can get Prusa and RatRig printers fully assembled and shipped to your door, while Vorons typically come as kits.

Personally, I'd probably wait for the Prusa Core One to be released (and reviewed) at the end of this month.
