     Based on the video that I saw, now OpenBSD supports VAAPI. You can watch with hwdec vaapi on mpv.

     but I'm still suspicious about Firefox... sometimes even though I've checked the hardware acceleration option. Sometimes it doesn't work completely.
     Usually in Linux, I can tell whether it's running or not with Intel GPU top.
