Today I discussed strategy with my legal team for my appeal hearing (I've sued the UK for more gender) next week. I'm feeling good.
Went back-and-forth with my lead barrister for the first 20 minutes about how to work in an argument I felt was important, and we eventually worked it out.
Aside from that, they've found some more case law that supports our arguments, some refinements for ones made at the original hearing, and a couple new points.
Ultimately, I have a very strong case rooted in cold hard administrative law, but it feels like it's going down to who the judges are.
