   @shinmera Yeah I was surprised that the creator of the computer screen displays shown in the original ALIENS pointed out that the ability to create real-seeming but inauthentic URGENT MESSAGES and INFORMATIONAL DISPLAYS as conveyed in their work were going to be a crisis for humanity that needed legal constraints.

   But the only people who acted on the article were the bad people I guess ;p

     I am so starved for love and attention that the fucking nag notifications from apps are literal poison to me.

     Nothing stings quite like seeing or hearing a notif that brings the faint hope of someone caring about me, only to see some fucking piece of shit exploitative robot tactic at work.
