Matthew Haughey (mathowie@xoxo.zone)'s status on Saturday, 18-Jan-2025 02:34:25 JST Matthew Haughey When I worked at Slack I reported a couple bugs every week. About once a month they’d be a bug that would be fixed immediately in the public product. This wasn’t part of my job as a writer in marketing but I had a technical background and knew how to use JIRA.
The reason why? I worked outside the SF office’s perfect WiFi and didn’t have flawless fiber at home. I caught lots of blind spots in the product.
