     That only occured because software designed for hardware with physical interlocks was re-used on hardware without such interlocks - that clearly wasn't the fault of the original programmers.

     Can't wait for one hundred Therac-25 and Crowdstrike incidents to happen in the next five years because the AI hallucinated the wrong classes and variables for the code. (It will cannibalize the garbage coding data too for future "use".)
