   @mloxton @sundogplanets this is sadly not a new issue. Wanna sail in this area? Need to check that the French are not lobbing suborbital ballistic missiles into it first.

     I found it fascinating that Qantas already had to start factoring in falling space junk when it plans departures.

     I have no idea if this kind of thing makes any difference or not, but there aren't many ways to tell various US gov't agencies that they're doing a terrible job protecting the environment from billionaire space launches.
