   - effects and cropping filters
   - 24-hour self-destructing posts called “Stories”
   - image galleries called “Collections”
   - additional info to your images including licence, location, people tagged etc
   - Pixelfed only displays posts with images or video clips attached, it does not display text-only posts and does not let you create them.

     Can anyone say in a few lines, what #pixelfed has that #mastodon doesn't ?

     what are the main differences?
