On March 10, the comedian Bill Burr is going to be making his Broadway debut in a production of “Glengarry Glen Ross.”
So, that’s pretty crazy.

@davidtoddmccarty I was in the audience for the opening in Chicago for the US production prior to it heading to BWay, featuring Joe Mantegna in the lead among an incredible cast including Bob Prosky and Mike Nussbaum.
The audience was shocked when Joe went up on his lines in the opening monologue, (structure of the play is different than the film) stopped the show, apologized and said the show needed to restart. Curtain came down. We took a break. Started again
Quite a night of theatre
Burr is playing Dave Moss, the character played by Ed Harris in the movie. Also in the production are Kieran Culkin in the Al Pacino role, and Bob Odenkirk as the Jack Lemon character.
I’ll never be able to get, or afford, tickets, but I’ll bet that’s a fun show.
