I've been grappling with this for a while: why do some people constantly complain about their jobs but barely lift a finger to change their situation?
They'll moan about their boss, the workload, the lack of growth – daily. Yet, when it comes to actually searching for new opportunities, they seem paralysed.
"I'm applying for this ONE job this month," they'll declare with an almost comical confidence. "That'll be enough, lol."

Is it blind optimism? A touch of naivety? Or perhaps a comfortable form of laziness?
It's frustrating to see people stuck in a cycle of negativity while seemingly unwilling to take the necessary steps to improve their situation.

In today's competitive job market, especially in digital fields, this approach baffles me. I've been actively applying to at least 10 positions per week for the past TWO YEARS. And to be honest, I've landed maybe 20 interviews in that time.
The competition is fierce!
