If you're looking for a way to help with the LA fires, my masters students John, Jorge, Joshua and Olivia did a semester project in the fall on the charities that help Southern California recover from wildfires.

Their top recommendation is the California Community Foundation's Wildfire Recovery Fund. This fund helps people recover after a fire and works with other disaster recovery organizations in the region.
