   @jon I have not heard about this one before so I cannot be certain, but my guess would be that yes this is the same kind of issue.

   What is super important is that this is a *public tender*.

   Before, either Newag was contacted directly and unlocked a given train without explaining how, or (eventually) the Dragon Sector guys got hired to do this for SPS and then helped with some other trains out kinda on the down low.

   This being a public tender means to me people are not afraid of Newag here. 👀
