   These Senate democrats are feckless. Everytime Bondi or any of these nominees uses “I’m not going to answer a hypothetical” in response to a question about a Trump campaign promise, they should fire back with:

   "So either you don't listen to the things the man who nominated promised, or you don't believe him. Which is it?” #politics

     @WarnerCrocker The whole point of confirmation hearings is to see how a nominee would do in a ... checks notes ... hypothetical situation. To answer that way should get a swift rebuke: "The reason we are here is to ascertain the hypotheticals and how you'd respond to them. To refuse to answer is evasive at least, and certainly disqualifying."
