Decentralised: I could handle a #blog and #newsletter on my website with Wordpress. But I can't get comfortable with WP for *quick* writing.

Is there a good, *EU*-based simple solution like #Substack (publish+community+paid content) with a free basic program? Without a bunch of tech stuff? What I found so far always had a snag somewhere. Any tips? (No US-forms please, you know why!) @writers
