25 dead, 1 still missing. Almost all of the dead stayed behind to try and save their house with a garden hose, or thought the fire wasn't going to be as bad as it was.

The worst of the coming wind starts in about 4 hours, but we're supposed to get a sprinkle next week.

Unless the fires flare back up (or I feel the need to weigh invectives about conspiracy theorists, hypocrites and opportunists), this is my last update. Legit criticism will come, but it will not take the shape of any of the crap posted online.
