  @fahrni @manton I think it'd be hard to offshore it completely. You'd need to at least have CDNs operating inside the country.

  @fahrni @manton what's weird is that they don't seem to be even trying to shift to their web app. They should have started moving users over months ago, but even today the Web app nags you to switch to the mobile app, not vice versa.
