   @purplepadma Good morning, have a great day. Those nightmares are done and you can look forward to a new dream tonight.

   Look on the bright side: even nightmares mean that you slept well, it's better than staring at the ceiling; plenty seem to struggle to snooze at night (not me: I can't cope without sleep).

     I got back to sleep then had another very disturbing dream. I feel a bit broken by the two of them but I’ve got another busy day. Maybe that will help? I wish dreams didn’t give me this emotional hangover. Have a lovely day!
