     Etwas, was jedem klar war, ist nun auch „wissenschaftlich“ bestätigt.
     Ist doch ne gute Sache, oder?

     Ich glaub trotzdem nicht, dass ich mir deshalb ein Haus kaufen sollte.
     Wenn ich jetzt für den Wert eines Hauses Bitcoin kaufe, stehe ich im Alter vermutlich besser da als mit dem Haus.

     @teto kann man ja durchaus beides, aber haus haben zwingt halt die meisten zumindest irgendeinen kapitalstock aufzubauen und nicht noch ein xboxgame oder 'total emotional wichtiges tatoo' zu kaufen
