     2. printing money causes inflation
     3. every $usd user (globally) pays inflation-tax
     4. inflation kills the global reserve status of the $usd

     i don't quite get you.

     "bought with income from inflation taxes"..

     no..they're getting "loan guarantees" from u.s. banks. these loans increase the money supply and this increases inflation.
