   Nowadays, geoengineering typically refers to solar radiation modification but sometimes still includes carbon dioxide removal.

   What this not-so-smart member of Congress is talking about is weather modification. But if you're in a draught, cloud seeding ain't gonna create moisture out of thin air.

     @davidho This is what happens when you don't support Israeli genocide. They turn off the Jewish space lasers, the rains do not come, and our crops fail. That's just science.
