   I'm thinking of courage, and standing against the mob today.

   I'm thinking of Sinead O'Connor, who history has proven right, when she condemned the Catholic Church's acceptance of child abuse.

   At a concern a week later (ironically to honor Bob Dylan), she was booed. Kris Kristopherson was told to escort her off stage, but instead went to her and told her, "Don't let the bastards get you down." She replied, "I'm not down."

     She didn't sing what she planned to. She sung what she sung on SNL when she condemned the Catholic Church.

     The lyrics were a modification of Bob Marley's lyrics to the song, War. Those lyrics came from a speech Emperor Haile Selassie gave to the UN.

     Courage all the way through, through generations.

     Fuck the mob. Do what is right.
