I don’t think you can do this for Facebook, but I grabbed all my Twitter interactions and sorted the list to find out who I’d interacted with most. And then emailed one of them a day for weeks. It was great.

  My recommendation to queer folks who are quitting Facebook/Meta over what's going on: strongly consider making a written plan for how to connect with the friends you care about off social media. Like, *literally write it down* and look on it when you're missing Facebook. Speaking from experience it helps cut the cord. [edit: not looking for feedback about why you should or shouldn't quit Facebook/Meta]
