   Occasionally I give Pippin cat responsibility to run the house.

   It’s great!

   Sure it’s true that absolutely nothing gets done… but I get a big old break, and can rest easy knowing that none of this mess is my fault.

     @troberts “nothing gets done” sounds like a pretty good result when the cat has responsibility to run the house, I can think of many worse scenarios :D

     @anne_twain @troberts I mean, a field mice would be a poor lunch for a human, it's more of a snack, but a nice fat rat isn't that bad :D

     @troberts But you don't get lunch. Or in my case you do get lunch and it's a dead rat.
