   @Erpel Keep in mind that without a filter you'll get a lot of cholesterol from coffee. Switching to filtered coffee halved my LDL cholesterol.

     @miko @prettygood @Erpel Your cholesterol can be fucked even if you're normal weight. The filter paper eliminates the issue with coffee though.

     @prettygood@socially.drinkingatmy.computer @moth_ball@shitposter.world @Erpel@hai.z0ne.social also im skeptical it even has anything to do with the filtering; I imagine it probably has more to do with the extraction that anything else (immersion brews tend to extract more, though that's something you can control so I don't really see the issue)
