   An OT miniwomp: Judge Beryl Howell, who is presiding over a contempt hearing tomorrow (Friday) for Giuliani (yes, another contempt hearing in another court), tells ghoulsie that he can attend virtually due to health reasons as requested, if he files a sworn declaration that he has not travelled from his Florida home for the prior 30 days and will not travel in the next 30 days. No inauguration for you, or get your ass in my courtroom!

   Judge Howell is nobody's dummy.
