     Our preliminary analysis is making us think that he rolled everything back to the DeVos guidance.

     Because to him that's the 'beginning' of T9 guidance -- not the forty-plus years preceding it that does provide protection for pregnant students (for example).

     His fake 'originalism' is a piece of discriminatory BS.
