   Apparently, I’ve been procrastinating on installing Windows 11 since last year. I’m out of any reasonable excuses, and honestly, a little terrified.

     @ricardo never tried, the win11 I have came installed. The last time I had tachycardia and anxiety with Windows was during an upgrade to Win10

     @ricardo same here but with the copy of Windows 7 from MSDNAA that I got in university 14 years ago. Since last year doesn't seem so bad ;)

     @xenotar I've been hunting for a solid guide to turn off all the junk, and it's been exhausting. Especially on a Windows machine, there's no way I'd blindly run some random third-party PowerShell script 😕

     @ricardo Grab a soda, some snacks and lots of patience to click "Ok", "Continue", "Next" for a long time. That is, if the installer doesn't complain about something later and you have to restart the installation :)
