   @Erpel waiting to boil water in a kettle and steeping in the press also takes a couple minutes. if you're trying to speedrun the shit out of coffee you're in to the territory of some silly shit like stanley's french press combo tumbler or just using a coffee machine (pack it and set a timer.)

     @icedquinn @Erpel if you're too lazy to make coffee drink instant coffee or tea it's what I do. Tea is easier than instant coffee because you don't have to track the status of the milk or cream in your fridge and keep it available, you can just make do with a box of sugar you use sometimes

     kind of forgot about all that because i used the kettle & press for so long. cleaning cycle is pretty basic with that setup

     @s8n @icedquinn @Erpel either buy a Keurig or buy a BUNN. The BUNN is arguably better because you can leave it plugged in 24/7 and always have hot water ready to go. Start your brew, and its done in 2 - 3 minutes

     I'd prefer a BUNN, I bought one of these in 2008 and it lasted for 15 years before a tank seal broke and I didn't want to bother with trying to replace it
