@tyler @whiteman_ I gave her an ultimatum and told her she can either be ok with it and we continue or if she isn't there's no point moving forward. When she messaged with me again I tried to talk sense into her but she wasn't having it, so I blocked her before I'd end up saying something I'd regret being screencapped and posted publicly. Never even used a racial slur in front of her once either.

@whiteman_ I blocked the last girl I dated. She broke up with me over being racist but messaged me out of the blue after to berate more and I figured I'd block her before I say something I shouldn't. Probably was still attracted to me and thought she could "fix" me or something.

@Witch_Hunter_Siegfired @Will2Power @chainsaw_appreciator @tyler @whiteman_ As a Catholic, no, not really. He is supposed to lead the church and occasionally decide things through the guidance of the Holy Spirit (theoretically, there's no shortage of Catholic displeasure of Francis).
There is no more prophecy to proclaim, the revelation of the plan of salvation is complete. The only sense that he could be considered a "messenger of God" is the same that any other Christian can be one, to proclaim the message of the Gospel, except with a much bigger megaphone and the authority of his office behind him.

@chainsaw_appreciator @tyler @whiteman_ Any institution involving humans will have a level of corruption and I find a lot of the things Pope Francis says/does to be cringe or questionable, but my main interaction is with my parish priest who's always been solid on morality/theology and doesn't get tied up in weird political virtue signaling.

@chainsaw_appreciator @tyler @whiteman_ As a Catholic I would say generally the Church's stance is pretty solid against homosexuality in *most* cases. For sure my priest is, but when this girl showed a picture of the "bishop" of her local church and it was a woman I had an immediate disgust react.

@chainsaw_appreciator @tyler @whiteman_ Wasn't worth keeping around anyway tbh. Overweight, slightly older than me, dumb email job her dad got her with a career woman mindset, and also didn't understand why drag shows were bad despite claiming to be Christian.

1 Timothy 2:1-15

And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
