   @edsu I used to have to use this *so* much to complete downloads from the #InternetArchive, that for years I always automatically typed `wget -C -` in all occasions whether or not it made senes.

     #TIL wget is able to use HTTP Range requests to complete a file download that was previously terminated due to a connection failure.
