   DOJ has just filed w 11th Circuit, asking them to set aside Judge Cannon's injunction on releasing the #JackSmith's report on #Trump prosecution and permitting them to go ahead & release it.

   If you love a little irony, here's some for you: The Defendants have filed a notice, advising the court they intend to file their response by tomorrow. The ironic bit? Cannon didn't wait for the govt to file a response before she ruled in the defendants' favor, stopping the release.

     @GottaLaff It has reached a point that someone should really leak it out or something anyway. I know that's not how they work at the DOJ, but we're literally watching the death of democracy here and letting the ones who are intentionally eliminating it set the rules for how we can even try to stop them just... isn't working.

     Loosey Cannon is three lengths ahead of Batshit Rao for the next supreme clods vacancy. All Batshit did for mangolini was delay congress' access to his tax returns, while Loosey has kept him out of prison for unlawful retention of national defense information, and now is even trying to cover up the crime.
