   look, English is my second language but, stop using WHO when you should be using WHICH:

   who = people and anthropomorphized animals

   which/that = things and groups, such as, corporations

   whom = direct object pronoun, usually used for persons unknown

   WHO = World Health Organization

   The Who = that one band with the guy that ended up Scrooge
