   The most hilarious and informative video on vocal fry / creaky voice I have ever seen! Came here from another video by the same guy, which was also very good. I plan to see more of him.

     Of course it has the usual comments videos like this always get like "[I'm not a sexist, it's just a fact that it sounds serious when men do it and annoying when women do it]", but this video also has a hilarious number of Finnish people commenting like "[half the video I had no idea what vocal feature he was pointing out, I couldn't hear anything special, and then he said Finns do it all the time and it blew my mind]". 😃

     @clacke Reminds me how I didn't hear glottal stops until a friend of mine from Venezuela pointed out she couldn't pronounce Cotton like I do (the name of a coworker). And I was confused, "I'm pretty sure I've heard you say Cotton's name..." She says, "No I say it with a 't' and you say it with..." and then she gestured to her throat. And my mind was blown a tiny bit when I realized what she meant. 😆
