The question comes to mind.

What happens when one of the three Indie Archive systems goes belly up.

Since I had just done a Debian install of the secondary system I pretended my secondary system crashed.

I removed it and replaced it with the Debian system.

Changed the IP.

ssh noticed. I redid the key transfer from the primary and remote systems (had to use -f first) and I checked that I could log in without a password.

And then it worked.

Disabled password in ssh.
