JenniferThis has probably been around for a while, but I just saw it at Publix today and got some, Bob's Red Mill egg replacer that cost $4.60 and is the equivalent of 34 eggs. It's made from potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, and psyllium husks. This is for baking and I'm going to try it soon. Way cheaper than eggs! #Eggs #EggReplacer
