   Did a beginner aerial hoop workshop yesterday.

   (I am extremely mid at anything dance-adjacent but we don't have to be good at all the things we like.)

     (Offered by the pole studio I go to--where I've been taking classes for several years and I pretty much never mention it because people have *thoughts* about pole. But I love spinning.)
