     Thinking about a time at work when we had new management and they came in with all these New Ideas That Would Change Everything. I pointed out to my boss why all these ideas were bad, including where we had tried them before and failed. My boss said "Well, executives don't really like it when you tell them that everything they suggest you've already tried and failed at."
