     Update: our plane was diverted to Pisa because of weather, so now we're waiting for a bus to bring us to the plane

     The tiny international airside at Florence airport is overflowing with two full flights' worth of passengers, because both flights are delayed by about an hour
     One border police officer is trying to get some of the airport people to run some announcement to explain the situation, because everybody is confused
