I made a new profile photo today. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Made it with Rembrandt style lighting. I converted it to black and white to suggest my mood for this new year...kind of dark. I have another self-portrait I'm working on. It's a still life with books, a candle, and a monkey wrench. I haven't nailed it yet, though. Needs more work. What do you think? Honest critiques encouraged--thanks!

He has a full business style (short) cropped neatly trimmed beard that is much lighter in tone than his hair. He looks directly at the camera with a blank expression on his face.
