I just received the details on the oral arguments hearing for my appeal at the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston from my attorney.

If supporters feel like traveling all the way to Boston, they can, or there will be an online stream available and a downloadable recording made available later on the court's website. Here is the hearing info:

Wednesday, February 5th, 9:30am

Boston, MA in the Panel Courtroom at the Moakley Courthouse, 7th Floor.

The court says the only way it will be continued is for "grave reasons", so expect it to happen as- scheduled.
