   UnitedHealth CEO was killed 30 days ago on December 4. Luigi Mangione is now on trial.

   The Lancet reports that USA’s exploitative healthcare system causes 68K preventable deaths ANNUALLY. Meaning—since Dec 4, USA’s health insurance corps have killed ~5589 Americans.

   So given that, when do the CEOs who knowingly enabled these 5589 deaths go on trial?🤔

     @QasimRashid And the insurance companies create a system of deliberate delays and denials and appeals precisely because many of the sickest people will not get the care they need and will die while lawsuits and other legal remedies are pursued. Luigi gets a lightning fast trial. Where is the swift justice for those the insurance system murders?
